For Chinese traders and online sellers in Uzbekistan

Every warehouse, one stock table that ties to your books

Stock sits in a market-hall unit, a marketplace fulfilment warehouse and a third-party store, and one product can carry three different codes. InventoryHub brings barcode scanners to each site, merges the scans into one SKU-level table and checks it against your books, line by line.

Get a count plan
  • Handheld scans record the bin and the time for every item
  • Several warehouses, one cut-off time, one merged table
  • SKU-level results you can filter and pivot in Excel

Many warehouses → 1 table

  • Contract and NDA first
  • Codes aligned before counting
  • Mismatched bins counted twice
  • Tables open directly in Excel

Services

Six services built around barcodes and data tables

Whether you run one warehouse or five, we first match products, barcodes and book codes, then scan, then turn the results into a table you can use straight away.

  • Barcode scan counts

Handheld scanners read every item. Quantity, bin and time are recorded together, so you can follow the running total by bin while the count is under way. Products without barcodes get an internal label first.

  • Multi-warehouse counts

A market-hall unit, the main warehouse and a third-party store agree on one cut-off time. Several teams count at once and the results merge into a single table, so stock in transit is neither counted twice nor missed.

    Ask about this
  • E-commerce SKU reconciliation

Marketplace back-office stock, ERP records and physical stock side by side in one table, to find oversell risks, returns not yet shelved and SKUs sitting in the wrong bin.

    Ask about this
  • Reconciliation and process spot-checks

Counts compared with your 1C, Excel or ERP export SKU by SKU, with quantity and value gaps. We also spot-check receiving and dispatch documents, returns and stock-movement permissions to see whether a gap is a one-off or built into the process.

    Ask about this
  • Barcode and bin labels

Codes and printed labels for products, shelves and bins that have none. Fixed assets such as racking and office equipment can be tagged in the same visit. Keep the same codes after receiving, and the next count needs no re-matching.

    Ask about this
  • Inventory data reports

Results summarised by warehouse, category and bin, with a list of the SKUs with the biggest gaps and a warehouse-by-warehouse comparison, ready for head office or the owner to read.

How we work

Sort the data first, then count

Counting is the easy part. The hard part is making several codes and several warehouses tell the same story, and that is where we put the effort.

  • A code map before the first scan

One product has a code at the supplier, another on the marketplace and a third in 1C. We build the mapping first, so a different spelling is not mistaken for a missing item.

  • Every scan is traceable

Time, bin and operator are saved with each scan. When a gap appears, we can go back to the exact bin and count it again.

  • One moment in time, many warehouses

All sites share one cut-off time. Goods transferred between warehouses are booked by the documents on either side of it.

  • Planned around your shipping rhythm

Container arrivals, partial receipts and selling while restocking are normal for trading firms. We schedule counting windows around that rhythm to keep dispatch moving.

  • A table you can use at once

Sorted by SKU, warehouse and category, with a field guide, so finance can filter and build pivot tables without re-keying anything.

  • Data used for this count only

Contract and NDA first. We ask only for the stock and document data the count needs, and never for system logins.

Process

From one list to one table

Five steps, and each one leaves data you can check.

  1. 01

Send the list and the picture

Share your product and barcode list (a 1C, Excel or ERP export), how many warehouses you have, roughly how many SKUs sit in each and which items have no barcode.

  2. 02

    Align codes, add labels

We map supplier, marketplace and book codes to each other. Items and bins without codes are numbered and labelled on the spot, and the cut-off time is fixed here too.

  3. 03

    Scan and count

Every warehouse starts at the agreed cut-off time. Handhelds scan item by item, recording quantity, bin and time; bins that do not tally are recounted straight away.

  4. 04

    Merge and compare

Scan records from all sites are merged and de-duplicated, compared with your books SKU by SKU, and the largest gaps are listed with a second count scheduled.

  5. 05

    Hand over the tables

You receive the gap table, per-warehouse summary and bin detail, and we walk through them with your finance or operations team. The report language is agreed before signing.

FAQ

What clients usually ask first

Can you count products that have no barcode?

Yes. Some cartons already carry a barcode and we use it. For the rest we number items from your SKU list and print internal labels, then scan after labelling. You keep the labelling rules, so new stock can follow them.

The same product has different names in 1C, the marketplace and the warehouse. What then?

That is the most common source of gaps. Before counting we build a code mapping table together with your operations and warehouse staff, list anything that does not match, and compare quantities only after you confirm it, so a different name is not read as a missing item.

Can several warehouses be counted on the same day?

Yes, on one shared cut-off time with several teams counting at once. Headcount depends on the number of sites and SKUs, and the schedule is written into the plan. Goods transferred between warehouses are booked by the documents on either side of the cut-off.

Can we keep shipping during the count?

Usually, yes. We agree a cut-off time, record later dispatches and receipts separately and add them to the result. If a particular bin has to pause, we tell you in advance.

I sell online and my stock is in a marketplace warehouse. Can that be included?

Whether we can enter a marketplace warehouse or scan there is up to the marketplace and the warehouse operator. What we can do is set the stock shown in your back office, your ERP records and your own warehouse side by side in one table. For the marketplace part we work in whatever way the platform permits, and may ask you to export its report.

Do you need our system logins? How is data kept confidential?

No logins. We only need a stock export (1C, Excel or ERP) and the documents that matter. A contract and NDA come first, and stock and price data are used only for this count and never passed to third parties.

How is the price worked out?

Mainly by SKU count, chosen services and working hours (night, weekend or open-warehouse work carries a surcharge). Transport and accommodation for trips outside Tashkent are listed separately, and everything goes into the contract. The estimator on this page gives a first figure.

What language are the tables and report in?

Field names and report language are agreed with you before signing and written into the contract. Product names stay exactly as in the list you provide.

More than one warehouse, more than one code, and the books still do not tie?

Send us your SKU count and warehouse set-up. We listen first, then propose a count plan.
